OLfax the Email-to-Fax Gateway for MS Outlook and AVM FRITZ! is the perfect solution for companies which relay on communication via fax. Each user is able to receive incoming faxes via email and to respond to faxes via email. An integrated POP3/SMTP server allows usage of OLfax without having a separate mail proxy. If a mail proxy or Exchange Server already exists, OLfax can be configured to be a client of that mail proxy.

The Gate-and-Way fax service allows you to use one or more faxmodems and one or more telephone lines to send and receive faxes. Any enabled user on the LAN can send faxes simply printing his documents to a virtual Windows printer, Incoming / Outgoing faxes will be routed to client's e-mail in PDF format.
